Most of the material bought in this basin is bought from someone the buyer already knows. That works right up until the person approving the purchase has never met you.

Four processes on one site at New Town. That is unusual here, and it is the reason we can quote a job that needs more than one material without a second supplier in the middle.

Running all three on one site is the point. The aggregate in the mix does not arrive on somebody else's truck, the slab we haul off a job comes back through our own crusher, and the topsoil is screened rather than scraped. Knife River sells ready-mix and aggregate in New Town as well, so what is on offer here is not proximity. It is one yard that can cover a whole job.
